This National Apprenticeship Week, you’ll meet some of our top apprentices and discover their perspective on undertaking an apprenticeship with Pickfords.
Today is Tyler Doherty, Logistics Operations Apprentice:
“Having an apprenticeship has definitely lived up to my expectations, I know that some apprenticeships are classroom-based, but this is real learning on the job. Some things just can’t be taught in the classroom and I believe that you get a much better understanding of job by living it every day.
“Pickfords has been great. In this role, I’m being offered real chances of progression and I feel they’ve really supported me.”
